Systemetrics, Inc. will conduct a research project for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to analyze and review remote viewing paranormal research. The project consists of 8 tasks:
1. Background literature review to generate an overall appreciation of the history of paranormal psychology research.
2. Current in-depth literature review of US literature since 1950 with potential application to intelligence systems.
3. Visiting selected laboratories to obtain additional information.
4. Preparing an in-depth summary report of all literature reviewed.
5. Extending the literature search and review to foreign literature sources.
6. Describing critical experiments to resolve questions regarding possible application of paranormal remote viewing literature to intelligence systems.
7. Conducting critical experiments in conjunction with selected investigators.
8. Evaluating the results of the experiments and making final recommendations to the CIA.
The project schedule includes completing tasks between June 1977 and March 1980.
