AAAS is committed to providing a safe and productive environment for meetings and workshops, free of harassment and discrimination. All participants are expected to treat others with respect and report any harassment or dangerous situations. Harassment includes unwelcome speech or behavior, and retaliation for reporting harassment is also a violation. Individuals can report harassment to AAAS staff, including Iris R. Wagstaff, or use the AAAS Ethics Hotline. AAAS will investigate complaints, maintain confidentiality, and take action against offenders, including removal from the meeting or prohibition from future events.
