The students will be selected from those who participated in the national exams of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, with 65% coming from general upper secondary schools (ΓΕ.Λ.) and 35% from vocational upper secondary schools (ΕΠΑ.Λ.). Additionally, 10% of the students will be selected from children of war victims and resistance fighters, 3% from large families, 2% from families with disabled members, and 1% from graduates of evening general upper secondary schools and ΕΠΑ.Λ.
