Summary

The Marina Hills Planned Community Association has established a Tree Trimming and Removal Policy, effective January 18, 2022, which grants the Association sole authority to maintain and trim trees in areas it maintains. Owners may report dead or dying trees, but are not authorized to perform maintenance or trimming, and may face fines and penalties if they do. The Association will consider replanting trees it removes and has prepared a tree inventory for pruning according to a set schedule. Vertical trees will not be topped, and individual lot owners are responsible for maintaining trees and plantings on their own lots, outside of Association-maintained areas.
