Il Direttore Generale dell'INMI "L. Spallanzani" ha disposto l'affidamento a vari operatori economici della fornitura di farmaci esteri non presenti sul mercato italiano per un periodo di 12 mesi, con un importo complessivo di € 109.513,94 IVA esclusa, ai sensi dell'art. 50, comma 1, lett. b) del D.Lgs. 31 marzo 2023, n. 36. I farmaci in questione sono necessari per le esigenze dell'Istituto e sono utilizzati nel trattamento di malattie infettive e altre patologie. La fornitura è stata richiesta dal Direttore UOC Farmacia e dal Direttore Sanitario, che hanno rappresentato la necessità di acquisizione di questi farmaci in base alle norme vigenti. Il periodo di fornitura decorre dalla data di approvazione del provvedimento fino al 31.08.2024.
