7. Application for inspection of operational management facilities
8. Inspection
9. Qualification
10. Commencement of operations.
The relevant laws and regulations are the Aviation Law (Law No. 231 of 1952) and the Enforcement Regulations of the Aviation Law (Ministry of Transport Regulation No. 56 of 1952).
