Summary

Se realizó una auditoría de gestión en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Fundación, entre el 1 de octubre de 2016 y el 30 de abril de 2017, para evaluar la gestión jurídica, registral, tecnológica y administrativa. Se verificó el cumplimiento de normas y procedimientos, y se encontraron algunas deficiencias, como la falta de capacitación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y la insuficiencia de extintores para atender emergencias. También se recomendó reforzar la socialización del concurso para los funcionarios vinculados en provisionalidad. El Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos fue suspendido por un mes y se encargó a otra persona para reemplazarlo. La auditoría concluyó que la Oficina de Registro debe mejorar en algunos aspectos para cumplir con los requisitos del modelo estándar de control interno.
