Summary

Das Bedarfsermittlungsinstrument Baden-Württemberg (BEI_BW) ist ein Instrument zur Ermittlung des Bedarfs von Menschen mit Behinderung, das auf Basis des Bundesteilhabegesetzes (BTHG) und der Internationalen Klassifikation der Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit (ICF) entwickelt wurde. Es besteht aus vier Bögen und dient als Leitfaden für einen Dialog auf Augenhöhe zwischen der Fachkraft des Trägers der Eingliederungshilfe und dem Menschen mit Behinderung. Ziel ist es, die Wünsche, Ziele und Bedarfe des Menschen mit Behinderung zu ermitteln und diese in einem standardisierten Verfahren zu dokumentieren, um die Leistungen der Eingliederungshilfe zu bestimmen.
