Summary

Die Benutzungs- und Gebührenordnung der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin – Preußischer Kulturbesitz regelt die Nutzung der Bibliothek und ihrer Dienstleistungen. Die Bibliothek ist eine öffentliche wissenschaftliche Bibliothek und steht für private und berufliche wissenschaftliche Arbeit sowie allgemeine Fort- und Weiterbildung zur Verfügung. Die Benutzungsordnung enthält Regelungen zur Zulassung zur Benutzung, zu den Nutzungsmodellen und ihren Voraussetzungen, zu den Gebühren und Entgelten, zu den allgemeinen Pflichten und Haftung der Nutzer sowie zu den Rechten und Pflichten der Bibliothek. Die Bibliothek bietet verschiedene Nutzungsmodelle an, die teilweise an weitergehende Voraussetzungen gebunden sind. Die Benutzungsordnung gilt nicht für die Beziehung der Nutzer zu den unabhängigen Anbietern von Leistungen in den Räumlichkeiten der Bibliothek.
