Procedure:

1. Equipment & Services:
- Laptop with carrying case and printer.
- Cost-effective cellular phone package with message manager.
- Reimbursement for home high-speed internet services at reasonable rates, approved annually through budget development.
- Reimbursement for SaskTel message manager charges on home or personal landline/cellular phones.
- Education to facilitate current technology use.
- SaskTel Calling Card (upon request).

2. Agreement: Upon receipt, board members must sign an equipment loan agreement for insurance and licensing purposes.

3. Newly Elected Members: Set up message manager services on home phone and submit verification bill; reimbursed monthly for SaskTel Message Manager costs.

4. Personal Cell Phone Option: Board members can use personal phones instead of SUN-provided ones, with monthly reimbursement equivalent to SUN's organizational cell phone package cost, including message manager. Reimbursement for approved SUN business long distance calls exceeding coverage limits (upon submission of bills).
