Summary

1. Upon arrival, workers complete a residential onboarding programme for up to 4 days, including vaccination verification, enhanced medical examination, settling-in programme, and vaccination if required.

2. To book a slot at the Onboard centre, use the Onboard booking system at least 3 days prior to the workers' arrival, and receive a confirmation email which should be checked in the junk or spam folder.

3. From 1 May 2022, non-Malaysian male Work Permit holders holding an in-principle approval from the Construction, Marine shipyard, and Process sectors do not need to apply for an entry approval.

4. To bring migrant workers to the Onboard centre, ensure they bring along an IPA letter, Onboard booking confirmation email, a working smartphone with a local SIM card, and documentary proof of vaccination.

5. Before arrival in Singapore, workers must complete pre-departure procedures, including obtaining an IPA letter, and if from Bangladesh, India, or Myanmar, complete the Pre-Departure Preparatory Programme (PDPP).
