- Drivers are liable for losses caused to the car park owner or third parties within the parking area. They must also clean up any leaks from vehicles.

Parking Fees:
- A parking ticket, collected upon entry, is required. Fees are set by a posted tariff and can be paid at various locations (hotel reception, machine on level -2, or exit gate) using credit cards only.
- Season ticket holders have separate payment agreements.
- Lost tickets may incur an additional PLN 100 fee.

Parking Guidelines:

- Blocking other vehicles or occupying more than one space incurs additional fees.

- Speed limit is 10 km/h.
- Certain vehicle types are prohibited (LPG, height >2m, weight >3.5 tonnes, leaking vehicles, firearms, etc.).
- Prohibited activities include smoking, open flames, drinking alcohol, collecting fuel/substances, vehicle repairs, leaving animals in the car, and extended stays while parked.
