Community Environmental Action Plans (CEAPs)

CEAPs are an interactive, participatory technique for natural resource and environmental management.
The goal is to create an open platform for dialogue and consensus-building, recognizing community knowledge and promoting community-based environmental management.
CEAPs facilitate group learning, appreciate local knowledge, and encourage debate about change.
