Transitional Aged Youth (TAY): 123 households exited to permanent housing, 235 active in CES.
2. Virtual Front Door: Over 4,000 referrals made to CES access points, with 494 new links to CES.
3. CES Referral Workshop Update: Implemented Referral Standards to clarify roles and responsibilities.
4. CES Dashboards: Standardized dashboards available, including Community Queue Overview and Client Counts.
5. 2022 Reflections and 2023 Vision: Committee members shared goals, including data analysis, system changes, and increased training.
