The new Law, effective from 1st April 2019, gives umpires the discretion to decide whether a full-pitched delivery is dangerous, based on factors such as speed, direction, and the batsman's ability. A delivery above waist height is still considered unfair and a No ball, but the umpire will only issue a warning if they consider it dangerous. If a bowler delivers another dangerous full-pitch delivery after a warning, they will be suspended from bowling for the remainder of the innings.
