National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj is implementing a project to create clusters of model gram panchayats for holistic and sustainable development. The institute invites online applications for 10 State Programme Coordinators, 250 Young Fellows, and 250 Cluster Level Resource Persons to work in 250 clusters across India. The tenure of engagement is one year, extendable based on performance. The last date for receipt of online applications is 10.08.2020.

State Programme Coordinators will coordinate and monitor project activities, lead training teams, and plan IEC programs. They should have a postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines, 5 years of experience in capacity building and training, and proficiency in English and Hindi. The consolidated contractual remuneration is Rs.55,000/- per month.

Young Fellows will provide handholding support to gram panchayats, elected representatives, and functionaries in institutional strengthening, governance, and participatory planning. They will work under the guidance of State Programme Coordinators and Cluster Level Resource Persons.
