Toni Francis-Bowie, a Diversity & Inclusion Fellow, explored the representation of racialized women in non-profit leadership roles in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). She found that despite organizations' values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, women of color were underrepresented in top leadership roles.
