La commission des statuts et règlements régionale (CSR R) s'est réunie le 24 novembre 2017 pour discuter du fonctionnement de la commission, des mutations, de la vie des clubs et des incidents survenus sur les stades. Il a été rappelé que les mutations gratuites sont possibles pour les athlètes qui changent de club et prennent une licence Athlé-Running ou Athlé-Santé, mais que les personnes mutées ne peuvent pas changer leur licence en licence Athlé-Compétition pendant une année. Des incidents sur les stades ont été signalés, notamment un incident à Mont-de-Marsan où un juge a été agressé verbalement et gestuellement par une personne en colère. Un rapport a été fait sur cet incident, mais la personne agressée a été nommée avec un commentaire discriminatoire et aucune notification n'a été faite sur l'agresseur.
