Summary

Il 25 febbraio 2019 si è svolto un incontro sindacale tra la UIL PA Polizia Penitenziaria Pistoia e la Direzione della Casa Circondariale di Pistoia per discutere la rivisitazione e l'aggiornamento del PIL, il piano ferie estivo e varie ed eventuali. A causa del ritardo nell'informazione preventiva, non è stato possibile indire un'assemblea sindacale e si è proceduto solo alla discussione del piano ferie estivo. La UIL ha respinto la proposta della Direzione di 4 turnazioni di 18 giorni e ha chiesto la conferma del piano ferie estivo attualmente in vigore, concordato con tutte le OO.SS. nel 2011. La Parte Pubblica ha accettato la proposta di 19 giorni per la centralità migliore del 1 e 4 turno. Sono stati anche discussi i piani ferie natalizio e pasquale, con massimo 9 giorni per ciascuno. Tutte le OO.SS. concordano sui piani ferie natalizio e pasquale.
