Summary

Con la mensilità di giugno l'Azienda ha applicato l'accordo sulle Progressioni Orizzontali 2018, che la UIL FPL non ha sottoscritto. Le conseguenze sono state la penalizzazione di chi attendeva da più tempo un passaggio di fascia, con molti lavoratori scavalcato da altri con anzianità e valutazione inferiore. La suddivisione delle graduatorie per ruolo, categoria e fascia ha premiato solo il 15% degli aventi diritto, creando paradossi e penalizzando il personale del ruolo sanitario. La UIL FPL chiede la modifica dei criteri per il 2019, prevedendo una graduatoria unica o distinta solo per ruolo, la considerazione dell'anzianità maturata nella fascia e non quella complessiva in Azienda, e una maggiore equità nella distribuzione delle risorse.
