Article 2 defines the executive branch, led by the President, who serves as Commander-in-Chief and has the power to veto bills. The President's role is designed to be relatively weak, with checks and balances from the other branches.

Article 3 establishes the judiciary, comprising the Supreme Court and lower courts, which interpret the Constitution and ensure its application across the country. While the judiciary has made mistakes, it has generally protected individual freedom.

Article 4 discusses the relationship between the states and the federal government, emphasizing the importance of state independence and the union of states. The analysis will continue to examine the remaining articles to determine if the Constitution's system is still effective in protecting freedom and promoting happiness.
