Summary

Il Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri stabilisce linee guida per l'applicazione della disciplina in materia di obbligo di possesso e di esibizione della certificazione verde COVID-19 da parte del personale delle pubbliche amministrazioni. L'obbligo di possedere e esibire la certificazione verde COVID-19 è esteso a tutto il personale delle pubbliche amministrazioni, ad eccezione dei soggetti esenti dalla campagna vaccinale. Il possesso della certificazione verde è condizione necessaria per l'accesso al luogo di lavoro e non sono consentite deroghe. Il lavoratore che non possiede la certificazione verde non può accedere al luogo di lavoro e deve essere considerato assente ingiustificato. L'obbligo di possedere e esibire la certificazione verde è esteso anche a tutti i soggetti che accedono alla struttura per lo svolgimento di attività lavorative.
