The target households are those who have not borrowed this fund from the council or other prefectural social welfare councils. The application should be made to the social welfare council of the municipality where the applicant resides, with required documents including identification, proof of income reduction or unemployment, seal, resident certificate, and employment measures utilization confirmation form. The loan contract will be concluded with the submission of the loan application and agreement form, and the loan will be disbursed after the screening. The loan amount is up to 150,000 yen per month for single-person households and 200,000 yen per month for multiple-person households, with a loan period of up to 3 months, and a repayment period of up to 10 years with no interest.
