Summary

Upute za sprečavanje i suzbijanje epidemije COVID-19 za pružatelje izvaninstitucijskih socijalnih usluga u sustavu socijalne skrbi uključuju produženje razdoblja imuniteta na devet mjeseci od preboljenja bolesti i devet mjeseci nakon provedenog cijepljenja. Preporučuje se cijepljenje djece starije od 12 godina, a samoizolacija djece do 18 godina provodi se samo nakon bliskog kontakta s pozitivnom osobom. Testiranje na SARS-CoV-2 provodi se kod djece samo ako su se pojavili znakovi bolesti koji mogu upućivati na SARS-CoV-2. Za povratak djece nakon hospitalizacije ili drugog izbivanja ne traži se nalaz na SARS-CoV-2 niti se provodi samoizolacija. Uputa se odnosi na socijalnu uslugu smještaja u udomiteljsku obitelj, organizirano stanovanje, boravak, savjetovanje i pomaganje.
