Damon R. Maher is a Westchester County Legislator, lawyer, and community activist. He has been a County Legislator for District 10 since 2018, serving as Chair of the Committee on Labor and Housing and Vice Chairman of the Budget and Appropriation Committee. Maher is a managing partner at Levy Davis & Maher, a Manhattan law firm specializing in commercial litigation. He has also worked at several other law firms and corporations, including Hart & Hume, W.R. Grace & Co., and Fox Glynn & Melamed. Maher graduated from Fordham University Law School and Yale University, and is a member of various community organizations, including the Eastchester Community Action Plan, New Rochelle Cares/Aging in Place, and the New Rochelle Public Library. He is a lifelong Westchester County resident, living in New Rochelle with his wife and three children.
