Summary

El Consejo Audiovisual de Andalucía emitió la Decisión 31/2014, advirtiendo al prestador local Teleisla (Canal Digital 54, dem. Cádiz) por la emisión de comunicaciones comerciales sin señalizar durante una retransmisión deportiva.

Se detectaron varias emisiones de publicidad no señalizada el 24 de febrero de 2014, con duraciones que variaban desde 5 segundos hasta 3 minutos y 57 segundos. Los anunciantes incluyeron Expanding, Radio La Isla, Casa Pepe, Kromo 10, Pastelería La Almadraba y Farmacia El Puente, entre otros.

El artículo 14 de la Ley 7/2010, de 31 de marzo, General de la Comunicación Audiovisual, establece que los mensajes publicitarios deben ser señalizados con una transparencia que indique "publicidad" para evitar confundir al espectador.

El Consejo Audiovisual de Andalucía acordó advertir a Teleisla sobre su obligación de señalizar todos los mensajes publicitarios y notificar esta decisión a la entidad. La decisión se adoptó el 26 de marzo de 2014, y se firmó el 27 de marzo de 2014.
