Notice for Electronic Quotation for Medicine Procurement

The municipality invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible firms for the procurement of medicines for the municipal hospital.

Key Details:
- Quotation fee: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable)
- Bid security: 5% of the quoted amount
- Quotation submission deadline: 16 days from the publication date, 12:00 PM
- Quotation opening date: Same day as submission deadline, 2:00 PM
- Medicines must be manufactured by a WHO/GMP certified company
- Expiry date of medicines should be at least 24 months from the date of storage
- Medicines should have proper labeling and packaging

Bidders must submit the following documents:
- Company registration certificate
- Tax clearance certificate
- Bid security
- Declaration of no conflict of interest

The procurement will be done through an electronic sealed quotation process. Bidders can submit their quotations online through the PPMO website.
