Summary

La Commissione europea ha richiesto l'eliminazione dell'applicazione dell'art. 7.4 della Direttiva 2005/36/CE per le professioni di ingegnere industriale, ingegnere dell'informazione e relative figure junior, in quanto non ritiene necessaria la verifica preliminare per tali professioni. Il Consiglio Nazionale Ingegneri ha elaborato un documento che fornisce indicazioni del rischio concreto e immediato di danno alla salute e all'integrità fisica del destinatario del servizio connesso alla mancanza della qualifica professionale per tutti i profili afferenti all'Albo degli ingegneri, sottolineando l'importanza della verifica preliminare per garantire la sicurezza e la salute pubblica. Il Ministero della Giustizia ha condiviso il parere del Consiglio Nazionale Ingegneri e ha ribadito la richiesta di mantenere la verifica preliminare per tutti i sei profili della professione di ingegnere.
