1. Welcome, confirmation of minutes and actions: minutes agreed, action log reviewed, with some actions postponed due to COVID-19.
2. Extraordinary board meeting to be held to hear External Audit report and Audit and Risk Assurance committee report.
2. Board Refreshment Update: proposal submitted to Education Minister, awaiting response.
3. Finance/HR Committee Report: quarter 1 spend report, budget revised due to COVID-19, administrative assistant role made redundant, Communications Manager started, secondees commenced.
4. Chief Executive Report: Communications Manager made positive start, 4 applications for assistant director role, team building event, associates to begin second learning experience, new call for endorsement to open.
Board discussion: introduction of external newsletter, associates to attend future board meetings, well-being agenda progressing.
