The Tactical Group meeting was held on 14th June 2021, attended by representatives from various Devon councils, organizations, and universities. The meeting covered several topics, including:

1. Welcome to new staff: Donna Sibley and Catherine Causley were welcomed to their new roles.
2. Minutes of the previous meeting: The minutes were agreed to be a true record of the discussion.
3. Project progress report: Updates were provided on communications activity, the Net-Zero Task Force, and the Climate Impacts Group.
4. Timetable for the Interim and Final Devon Carbon Plans: The group agreed to recommend a 5-month reduction in the timetable by changing the way of working with the Net-Zero Task Force.
5. Net-Zero Date: A discussion was held on the ambition expected of organizations in Devon, particularly regarding supply chain emissions, but a conclusion was not reached.

Actions agreed upon include:
- Emily to check with the Crowdfunder project team about sharing unsuccessful projects with local authorities.
- The secretariat to make a recommendation to the Response Group regarding the revised timetable.
- Doug to schedule a special meeting to discuss the net-zero date.

The meeting also covered updates on partnership activities, the Net-Zero Task Force, and the Citizens' Assembly.
