Ziel ist es, digitale Anwendungen in den Bedarf und die Gewohnheiten der Menschen einzufügen, um alltagstaugliche Abläufe zu schaffen und einen spürbaren Mehrwert zu erzielen. Das Gesetz soll die Versorgung mit digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen ausbauen, ein neues Verfahren zur Prüfung der Erstattungsfähigkeit digitaler Pflegeanwendungen schaffen und die Möglichkeiten der elektronischen Patientenakte weiter ausbauen.
