The State of Utah's eGovernment progress has improved significantly, from basic agency websites to numerous transaction-enabled services with a common look and feel. To determine the road ahead, a maturity model can be used to judge the maturity of organizational processes and identify key practices for improvement. An eGovernment maturity model provides guidance on developing and maintaining eGovernment services, with four levels: Simple Website, Online Government, Integrated Government, and Transformed Government.
