Summary

Das EEG 2012 führt eine von den eingesetzten Einsatzstoffen abhängige Vergütungssystematik für Strom aus Biomasse ein. Einsatzstoffe werden in drei Vergütungsklassen eingeteilt und in den Anlagen 1-3 der Biomasseverordnung aufgelistet. Die Zuordnung zu den Vergütungsklassen ist entscheidend, da die Vergütung von Strom von den eingesetzten Stoffen abhängt. Die Anlage 1 listet Einsatzstoffe auf, die keinen Anspruch auf eine einsatzstoffbezogene Vergütung begründen, wie z.B. Altbrot, Backabfälle, Biertreber und Buttermilch. Jeder Einsatzstoff hat einen bestimmten Energieertrag, der in m³ Methan pro Tonne Frischmasse angegeben wird.
