Summary

DIREKTIVA (EU) 2018/1972 EUROPSKOG PARLAMENTA I VIJEĆA od 11. prosinca 2018. o Europskom zakoniku elektroničkih komunikacija (preinaka) cilja stvoriti pravni okvir za osiguravanje slobode pružanja elektroničkih komunikacijskih mreža i usluga, uređujući pitanja pristupa, ovlaštenja, regulatornog okvira i univerzalne usluge. Direktiva je dio Programa za primjerenost propisa (REFIT) i obuhvaća četiri direktive, te uredbu o osnivanju Tijela europskih regulatora za elektroničke komunikacije (BEREC). Cilj je pojednostaviti postojeću strukturu i prilagoditi je novim tržišnim okolnostima, uz osiguravanje zaštite potrošača i medijskog pluralizma.
