Organization: Lower Shore Land Trust (LSLT)
Location: Snow Hill, Maryland
Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and implementation of LSLT's strategic conservation vision
Coach dynamic staff team and expand fundraising opportunities
Oversee all aspects of the organization, including fundraising, conservation programs, communications, staffing, and administration
Serve as primary spokesperson and build organization's reputation as a trusted conservation voice
Determine and prioritize areas of significant natural value for protection and/or restoration
Ensure overall financial health of the organization and manage personnel and financial resources

Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in natural resources, ecology, biology, public policy, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
Ability to represent LSLT and effectively communicate its mission
Demonstrated experience in comprehensive fundraising program development and administration
High-level strategic thinking and planning
Superb writing and editing skills, proficiency in technical applications, and strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and analysis
