Due to the recent heavy rain and resulting landslides, we offer our sincerest condolences to those affected. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the suspension of city gas supply in some areas to prevent secondary disasters.

Current Status:

1. As of 16:00 on July 7, 220 customers are still without gas supply.
2. Affected areas include parts of Izumiyama, Atami City (Izumiyama Temple Mountain, Izumiyama Nakamichi, Izumiyama Kishitani, Izumiyama Hamabe, Izumiyama Kurazawa, and others).

Request to Customers:

1. For safety reasons, please do not use gas until our staff have inspected and confirmed the safety of the equipment.
2. When our staff visit your home to inspect and repair gas equipment, please be present. We will visit again, so please refrain from using gas until then.

Restoration Work:

We are working to restore the gas supply as soon as possible. The schedule for restoration is currently undecided and will be determined after the removal of debris and other obstacles.
