IRPC Public Company Limited has established guidelines for receiving and offering gifts, hospitality, and other benefits under its Anti-Corruption Policy. The guidelines prohibit IRPC personnel from accepting or offering bribes and other benefits, and outline rules for giving and receiving gifts, hospitality, and other benefits, including:
- Gifts and souvenirs can be offered on special occasions with a monetary value not exceeding 3,000 baht per person per occasion.
- Gifts and souvenirs should enhance IRPC's corporate image and not be given to spouses, children, or acquaintances of government officials, customers, or business partners.
- Hospitality expenses are acceptable if paid in a reasonable manner with no influence on business decisions.
- CSR activities with government agencies or officials can be organized, but must conform to IRPC's regulations and CSR policy.
- IRPC employees must not accept gifts, souvenirs, or other benefits, and must inform outsiders about the company's No Gift Policy.
- Acceptance of invitations to meetings, training, or seminars at the expense of a business partner is allowed if part of an agreement or with prior management approval.
- Support for travel expenses or other expenses to government officials can be offered if conforming to IRPC's regulations.
- Donations and contributions to government agencies, officials, or charities must be made transparently and legitimately, with a follow-up process to ensure the funds are used for the common interest.
