IFF Research, commissioned by the Work and Health Unit (WHU) of the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care, is conducting an online survey to gather insights into the current state of MSK services in the UK. - What are the top 3 most used MSK services (excluding repeat usage) commissioned by your CCG, particularly among working age individuals?
- If you represent a lead CCG, specify top 3 community-based and hospital-based MSK services.

2. Capacity:
- What is the maximum capacity (over one month) of MSK provision commissioned by your CCG in terms of the number of individuals it could serve?

3. Waiting Times:
- Average monthly waiting list size over the last 12 months for the top 3 MSK services.
- Target waiting time, if applicable, and actual median average waiting time for access to these services.

4. Cost:
- Cost of the top 3 MSK services per user, per year, to the CCG.

5. Referral Pathways:
- Referral pathways for the top 3 MSK services and the proportion referred through each pathway.
- Proportion of individuals referred on to secondary care after discharge from MSK provision.
