Summary

La Cámara de Diputados convoca a los integrantes de la Red de Investigadores Parlamentarios en Línea (Redipal) a participar en el Congreso "Virtual XI" que se llevará a cabo de mayo a octubre de 2018. El congreso tendrá cuatro temas: Importancia y repercusiones de los procesos electorales en México y América Latina, Democratización y calidad de la democracia en América Latina, Dinámica del constitucionalismo, reformas constitucionales, derechos humanos, estado de derecho y seguridad en América Latina, y Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible. Los participantes deberán enviar sus ponencias en formato Word, con una extensión mínima de 10 cuartillas y máxima de 16 cuartillas, y acompañadas de una carátula, resumen, conclusiones y fuentes consultadas. El congreso tendrá un tiempo de recepción de ponencias del 15 de mayo al 15 de julio de 2018, y se publicarán los resúmenes y ponencias completas en julio de 2018.
