Summary

Die bayerische Regierung hat einen Rettungsschirm für die Erwachsenenbildung in der Corona-Krise angekündigt. Die Richtlinie des Kultusministeriums regelt die Gewährung von Unterstützungsmaßnahmen für Einrichtungen und Dozenten, die von den Beschränkungen aufgrund der SARS-CoV-2-Pandemie betroffen sind. Die Unterstützung besteht aus 30 Millionen Euro, von denen ein Teil für Bildungseinrichtungen anderer Ressorts verwendet wird. Die Richtlinie gilt nur für Einrichtungen, die vom Kultusministerium institutionell gefördert werden, wie z.B. Volkshochschulen, politische Akademien und Stiftungen. Nicht betroffen sind Bildungseinrichtungen, für die das Kultusministerium nicht zuständig ist, wie z.B. Hochschulen, Schulen und Einrichtungen der beruflichen Bildung. Die Dozenten müssen bestimmte Voraussetzungen erfüllen, wie z.B. einen Hauptwohnsitz in Bayern, hauptberufliche Tätigkeit in den genannten Bildungsbereichen und keine Insolvenz. Die GEW kritisiert die Richtlinie und fordert eine faire und umfassende Unterstützung für alle Dozenten und Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung.
