Hunger Relief is partnering with community partners to address short-term, mid-term, and long-term needs in Palm Beach County. They are coordinating food distribution with PBC Food Bank, Feeding South Florida, and approximately 85 food pantries. Free meals are available for kids 18 and under at over 70 BreakSpot Grab ‘n Go sites. The School District of Palm Beach County is serving meals at 35 sites, with 16 new sites opening on April 30. Family Weekend Backpack meals are being distributed through the Grab ‘n Go program, and parents can pick up meals without their child being present. Various organizations, including Feeding South Florida, FLIPANY, and Boys and Girls Clubs, are serving meals at multiple sites. Palm Beach County Youth Services Department is also providing meal kits at six sites. Individuals in need of food can contact 211 for updates on open pantries and Grab ‘n Go sites.
