The study examines the impact of information technology integration on government services, specifically at the Ministry of Education's representative office in Erbil, Iraq. The research investigates the relationship between IT use and service quality, as well as its effect on customer satisfaction. A descriptive analytical methodology was used, with a questionnaire surveying 228 beneficiaries of the Ministry's services. The findings indicate that IT tool usage has a significant impact on service availability and reliability, and also affects customer satisfaction.
