Summary

Die Integrationsagenda Schweiz ist ein gemeinsames Vorhaben von Bund und Kantonen, um die Integration von Personen aus dem Asylbereich und spät zugewanderten Jugendlichen zu fördern. Das Eidgenössische Justiz- und Polizeidepartement (EJPD) und das Eidgenössische Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung (WBF) haben den finanziellen Bedarf der Kantone für die Integration, Unterbringung und Betreuung von Personen aus dem Asylbereich sowie für die Vorbereitung spät zuwanderter Jugendlicher auf die Berufsbildung präsentiert. Die Vertreter von Bund und Kantonen haben sich auf ein gemeinsames Vorgehen geeinigt und drei übergeordnete Ziele bis Ende 2017 festgelegt: eine effektive, rasche, intensive und systematische Integrationsförderung, Zugang zu Bildungswegen für spät zugewanderte Jugendliche und eine bedarfsgerechte Intensivierung der Integrationsmassnahmen für anerkannte Flüchtlinge und vorläufig aufgenommene Personen (VA/FL). Die Integrationsagenda soll die finanziellen Mittel und Finanzierungsmodalitäten Bund-Kantone klären und allfällige Rechtsanpassungen prüfen. Die Kostenfragen zur Unterbringung und Betreuung von MNA werden ausserhalb der Integrationsagenda in einem separaten Prozess zwischen EJPD und SODK diskutiert.
