➢ Rescinded Lynsey Morrison’s Jr. Hi. Supplemental contract

➢ Accepted the resignation of Samanda Pepperling, Guidance Counselor at Edison High
School

➢ Employed Sheri Call as a Summer School Teacher

➢ Employed Miranda Robinson as a Summer School Teacher

➢ Approved supplemental contracts

➢ Employed Whitney Tingler as a 4th grade teacher at Stanton Elementary

➢ Non-renewed Frank Martin’s contract for 2020-2021 effective May 28, 2021

➢ Employed Lori Cronin as a summer cook retroactive to June 22, 2021

➢ Employed Chandler Hoppel as a School Counselor at Edison High School

➢ Rescinded 10 days extended time for Jamie Angelini from June 01, 2021 to July 01, 2021
and approved 10 days extended time from June 01, 2021 to July 31, 2021

➢ Approved a service agreement with the Columbiana ESC for Occupational Therapy
services

➢ Approved an agreement with OME_RESA for the purchase of electric generation
commencing December 2021

➢ Approved an overnight field trip for the EHS Band to attend Band Camp at West Liberty
University from July 18, 2021 to July 23, 2021

➢ Approved an overnight field trip for the FFA to attend FFA camp in Carrollton form July
07, 2021 to July 11, 2021

➢ Approved a contract with Jefferson County Board of Developmental Disabilities for
Special Education Services

➢ Awarded a general contract to GRAE-CON Construction for the Outdoor Classroom
Project

➢ Approved a contract with the Village Network for mental health services for the 2021-
2022 school year

➢ Approved an Interagency & Transition Agreement with HARCATUS Tri-County
C.A.O., Inc. Head Start

➢ Approved a 5-year contract with Coca Cola for exclusive beverage services for the
district

➢ Approved a contract with Roioano Contracting, Inc. to install catch basins and pave at
John Gregg Elementary

➢ Approved the Treasurer’s report

➢ Approved SORSA for property and liability insurance
