Summary

Il y a dix ans, un accident nucléaire est survenu au Japon à Fukushima Daiichi, soulevant des interrogations internationales sur la robustesse des installations nucléaires. La Commission Locale d’Information (CLI) suit les améliorations de sûreté prescrites par l’Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire pour les installations du site de Romans-sur-Isère et leur mise en œuvre par l’exploitant Framatome. Les représentants des salariés ont constaté la mise en œuvre de gros investissements et la réalisation de nombreux travaux sur le site de Romans, avec la création d'équipes de secours et de surveillance permanentes. L’Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire a imposé des prescriptions aux exploitants des installations nucléaires pour définir un « noyau dur » de dispositions matérielles et organisationnelles visant à prévenir un accident grave. Le site de Framatome Romans a investi plus de 30 millions € chaque année pour renforcer le niveau de sûreté, la robustesse et la pérennité de ses installations, avec une stratégie d'identification des « noyaux durs » et de capacité à anticiper l’apparition d’un phénomène extrême.
