Key Hazards:

Engineering Controls:
- Use closed systems for mixers and loaders to meet Worker Protection Standard (WPS) requirements.
- Prevent back-siphoning into wells and spills; use check-valves or anti-siphoning devices.
- Do not mix/load within 50 ft. of streams, lakes, reservoirs, wells, drainage wells, or sink holes.
