Summary

Министерство финансов Республики Северная Македония опубликовало Правиланик, определяющий процедуру освобождения от налогов или возмещения платежей за налоги на моторные транспортные средства для дипломатических и консульских представительств, а также международных организаций.

Член 1: Определяет условия и необходимую документацию для освобождения от налогов или возмещения платежей.

Член 2:
- Право на освобождение от налогов подтверждается предоставлением удостоверения от Министерства иностранных дел в соответствии с пунктом 2 закона.
- Возмещение платежей за налоги осуществляется путем подачи заявления о возмещении вместе с оригинальными документами: подтверждением от Министерства иностранных дел, договором купли-продажи или фактурой с указанием налоговой базы и уплаченного налога, а также заявлением о платеже налога.

Член 3: Правила вступают в силу с даты публикации в "Службеном веснике" (официальном издании) Республики Северная Македония, начиная с 1 января 2020 года.
