Summary

Retail dealers must display a sign showing the price per gallon of motor fuel, including all taxes, and maintain the price for at least 24 hours. Dealers cannot sell below net cost plus expenses, offer rebates or games of chance, or substitute one grade of fuel for another. Credits from loyalty programs can be used for rebates, but dealers cannot bear the cost. Above-ground equipment must display the product's name or trademark, or "No Brand" if applicable.
