Summary

A Resolução nº 349, de 17 de maio de 2010, do Conselho Nacional de Trânsito (CONTRAN), dispõe sobre o transporte eventual de cargas ou bicicletas nos veículos classificados como automóvel, caminhonete, camioneta e utilitário. Estabelece critérios para o transporte de cargas e bicicletas, incluindo a necessidade de respeitar o peso máximo especificado para o veículo e acondicionar a carga de modo a não colocar em perigo as pessoas nem causar danos a propriedades. Além disso, a resolução permite o transporte de cargas acondicionadas em bagageiros ou presas a suportes adequados e estabelece regras para o transporte de bicicletas na parte externa dos veículos. A resolução entra em vigor 90 dias após a data de sua publicação e revoga as Resoluções nº 577/81 e 549/79 e demais disposições em contrário.
