Summary

Nederland is een prachtig land, maar de afgelopen jaren is de democratie afgebladderd en is de fundering verzakt. Het land ging van crisis naar crisis, zoals de COVID-crisis, stikstofcrisis, aardgascrisis en wooncrisis. De regering en overheid zijn tekortgeschoten tegenover de burgers en het vertrouwen is laag. Pieter Omtzigt heeft een politieke partij opgericht, Nieuw Sociaal Contract, met als prioriteit een grondige renovatie van het openbaar bestuur. Het programma richt zich op het herstel van het bestuur, bestaanszekerheid, migratie, onderwijs, economie, gezondheidszorg en veiligheid. De partij wil een Nieuw Sociaal Contract tussen overheid en burger, met een overheid die het publiek belang dient en eerlijk is over dilemma's. Burgers moeten zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Het programma is ambitieus en biedt oplossingen voor de urgente problemen in Nederland.
